Since 1980, Diana has been teaching in Toronto, specializing primarily in voice. She has developed the working techniques of accelerated vocal development. Her efforts have resulted in the creation of the Royans Revolutionary Accelerated Vocal Development Technique; The Royans School for Accelerated Voice & Business Development (*A Division of the Royans School for the Musical Performing Arts) was opened in 1984 to teach this technique to the public.

She teaches speech & vocal technique to both private students and at corporate seminars and takes pride in the accomplishments of former students who have found success in their business and personal lives.
