Diana started her own company in 1984 called The ROYANS SCHOOL FOR THE MUSICAL PERFORMING ARTS. The core service of this company is the VOCAL SCIENCE method. She oversees the development of aspiring artists, produces their demo recordings, and, through her newly established management company (4AM ARTIST DEVELOPMENT & ARTIST MANAGEMENT GROUP), promotes her up-and-coming artists to the major record labels and major management companies. Born in Russia, Diana Yampolsky has dedicated her life to music. She studied at the LENINGRAD SCHOOL OF MUSIC and the LENINGRAD TEACHER'S COLLEGE. In 1976, she received a Bachelor's degree in Music Education, specializing in voice. Diana's personal breakthrough in vocal technique came one day during a song demonstration to a group of students; she experienced an extraordinary transformation in the brightness, tone, range and power of her voice. Even with her extensive training, Diana had never realized her true vocal potential until that moment. This breakthrough was the beginning of her innovative concept of Vocal Science.

Diana Yampolsky immigrated to Canada with little money, a baby on the way, and no command of the English language. Twenty-three years later, she is a respected and successful music industry professional and has raised her daughter, who this year successfully graduated with Honors in Mass Communications and Psychology from York University.
