We will be holding open auditions for unsigned singers on February 8th, 2009. These auditions will be held in affiliation with a team of independent producers affiliated with Chris Smith Management (Nelly Furtado, K-os, Fefe Dobson, Prozzak, etc.).

The auditions will be held in Toronto. All audition participants must arrive with a cued instrumental recording (tape or CD) for a song of their choice. Each participant will be given an audition followed by a personal interview.

Chosen participants will be offered training, development and a recording contract to record an original single that will be featured on a Royans Universe Records Compilation CD. The Compilation CD will be distributed to Canadian and International Record Companies, Music Producers, Managers and Booking Agents. Selected successful participants will also be offered intensive individual marketing and promotion assistance. Furthermore, Royans Universe Records artists will have the opportunity to perform at a Gala Industry Showcase held for Top Music Industry Personnel.
